Why We Exist
The profession of policing in America needs to evolve. From military to healthcare, from corporations to entrepreneurial ventures, organizations across the country are experimenting with and embracing new ideas about leadership and culture. Meanwhile, law enforcement is probably 20 years behind. The profession of policing must adapt and advance to meet the challenges of a modern world.
Our Mission
The Curve exists to give forward-thinking leaders in policing the most current and creative ideas about leadership and the resources to implement them so they can more easily modernize their cultures from the inside-out. We call our philosophy One-by-One Policing.
